If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it or provide a full refund.   

Send us an email at info@stratoscbd.com within 30 days of the delivery and we’ll email you shipping details. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and you will receive a notification.

If you purchased our product through a retailer, please visit the original location for a return or exchange.

All Stratos CBD Full spectrum products contain a THC concentration of less than 0.3% in accordance to 7 U.S.C §5940. This section of the United States Code defines the term “industrial hemp” as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Only the Delta-9 THC level is relevant, not THC-A.
